After a few mellowed down weeks, I am happy to announce this week has been fairly good. That and the planning for the new year 2021 has made me excited and hopeful.
It might be a little late, but I have finally understood why everyone raves about Notion so much. I am in love!

Basically you can use it to substitute Google Docs, Evernote, to do lists, task manager and many other apps. ⠀
I am already on the planning process for 2021 and that is happening on Notion. Of course, my fingers are crossed, and only if we all survive this wretched 2020!

What I read this week
I am currently reading Anxious People by Fredrik Backman, and I am definitely liking it.
After a not-so brief slump, I think I am out of it. I read Under a Painted Sky by Stacey Lee this week. I know I have quite a way to reach my reading target, but I will do my best.
What I watched this week
I learned about O J Simpson’s trial and I went on to watch The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story on Netflix. As someone who is not from the USA and was an too young to remember then, this whole fiasco is new to me and it was shocking to say the least
I almost gave it up in the middle, around episodes 4-5, because I knew he was going to get away with it. And that made so furious and angry about the system and men in general.
Do people still believe that OJ is innocent? If yes, why and how could that be? Can someone explain it to me?

I haven’t heard of Notion before but I’ll take a look! I’m one of those people who likes the idea of organizers more than I like actually using them. I love planners and organizers for work, don’t get me wrong, but I’m a bit too scattershot in my everyday life.
I think I was in college when the whole OJ thing happened? I was too busy with my own life to pay much attention to it anyway. Everyone I know thinks he literally got away with murder.

I hadn’t heard of Notion, but it sounds like a fantastic tool!
I remember the OJ thing from back when it happened—I remember not being sure what to think about it all. I assumed he was guilty, but I didn’t know enough about it to have solid opinions. The one thing I do have solid memories of was watching the police “chase” on the highway as it was happening. The whole thing was quite surreal!
Oh that chase was on the series too. Sounds so surreal!
Anxious People is a great read.
I don’t do enough to justify using an app like Notion 🙂

I don’t know if anyone thought OJ was innocent. I think we were all just shocked at how he got away with it. And tbh at the time he looked just as shocked. I’ll have to look into Notion. It sounds very handy!

I remember the OJ trial very well. Most people felt that he did it and got away with murder. It was so shocking when the jury found him not guilty. Simply stunning Instagram pics!
