Did you see anything new around here? Yes, I made a bit of renovation here and changed the website‘s look a bit. I moved to Divi themes and it took more time than I thought it would. But finally, I am happy with the result. What do you all think?
I apologize if something isn’t working and do tell me. Also let me know if you have any suggestions or updates for the site, leave them on the comment section. I am all excited and I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts about the changes here.

This was a good reading week for me. I finished reading two books, which somehow feels like a great thing because I have not done that in a while.
- Good Omens by Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman
- Ayesha At Last by Uzma Jalaluddin
The reviews will be up soon.
What I watched this week
I am watching the Boys on Amazon and I loving it. Again I try not to binge on it, but I have caught up with all the episodes for now.
I also watched the Tenet last week and I can say my mind blew. I may have as well lived under a rock because this is my first Christopher Nolan movie (I know I know). I am definitely watching more of his movies in the coming week.
On my blog
In case you missed the posts from my blog, last week.

Around the blogosphere
I went on blog hopping spree last week and these are the posts that I loved. I hope you enjoy them as well.
- I loved this Literary Lion’s discussion post on the popularity of YA books.
- Do you rate the books on your blog? If so, how? Also I loved Marley’s discussion post on finding the perfect rating system.
- Talking about rating system, is a three star score good score? asks Rukky on her blog Eternity books.

G! I absolutely LOVE the new look of the site! Everything pops, and the whole blog looks so crisp and clean. I was soooo excited about Tenet, but I’m still not up for going to the movie theaters while ‘rona is still raging in my area. It’s never too late to be introduced to a Christopher Nolan film. The first film of his that made me an instant fan was The Prestige.
I have been reading like crazy lately, but I haven’t really been up for writing reviews. Hopefully, I will get out of that slump soon. The Boys is on my watchlist because I only hear rave reviews about that show. Eventually, I’m going to get around to it.
Hope you’re having a great week!
Thank you! I have to see Prestige then soon.
The change look nice and bright!
I really enjoyed Ayesha at Last, I’m looking forward to seeing what you thought.
Have a good week.
Thank you! I will post it soon.
Of course I noticed the changes here and wanted to let you know when I first noticed it that I love the new look!!
I need to read Good Omens as well…
And fyi, I have nominated you for a blogger award on my website.. 🙂 (linked the post up at bookbloggers as well)
Thank you for the award and about my site!
I really like the new look! I think it came out well. I hope you enjoyed Ayesha and At Last and Good Omens. I have always wanted to try Pratchett. And the other book is on my wish list. I look forward to your thoughts on them. I have heard good things about Tenet. I am glad you enjoyed it! I hope you have a great week!
Thank you. You can watch the series based on the book Good Omens, it is great too.
I love Good Omens! I hope you enjoyed it. My husband and I are working our way through season 2 of The Boys. Well, I think we’ve watched one episode so far. We enjoy it but I’ve been hesitant to recommend it on the blog because it’s so violent. I guess I can just mention that and let people make their own decisions. It’s so good though! I think you new theme looks lovely! Enjoy your week!
It is definitely violent but I really enjoyed it.
I think your site looks great. I hope you have a good week!
Thank you!
I’m loving the new look. The yellow is really looking gorgeous.
And I’m glad you’ve had a good reading week.
Have a great week and happy reading.
Thank you! I am loving the color too.
I love the new look of your blog. It looks beautiful. That’s great that you read two books this week. They sound like good ones. Have a great week!
Thank you!
Hi there! I saw that things were different last week, but thought it was maybe just me! It looks lovely. Your blog is really nice and stream-lined. You can be very chuffed with yourself.
Have a wonderful week with fabulous hair!! You can read my post to understand that…
Yay, thank you. I loved your post too!
Your new site looks very clean and modern, and the fonts are easy to read. I like it!
I have had Good Omens on my TBR for a while now. One of these days, I will get around to reading it so I can watch the miniseries.
Have a great week! I love that photo of the kites, by the way.
Thank you. And you definitely have to read Good Omens, I loved it.
Love the new look here! I am a fan of changing things up and then immersing myself in it.
I noticed The Coincidence of Coconut Cake and remembered that I have this book, still unread! In fact, I LOVE coconut cake and now I am drooling. LOL.
Enjoy your week, and thanks for visiting my blog.
Thank you! I hope you read it soon
Gayathri, I really like the new theme. Actually I was admiring it last Sunday too, but weirdly there was no ‘post comment’ button so couldn’t tell you! Thankfully that’s all fixed this week. 😅 Take care and happy reading. 😃
Thank you so much. Yes I had some issue with the button, I am glad it works now.
I like the new look. And glad you had good reads this week. I’ve been wanting to read more after being in a reading slump for a few weeks.
Hope you have a great weekend 🙂
I hope you get out of the slump soon. And thank you!
