The one that was hectic: Sunday Musings #129

This week was a bit hectic on the work front but I quite enjoy the change of pace. I even managed to watch a little (really little) bit of television and even published a post.

My phone finally gave up this week and I got a new iPhone. It is a little bigger than my previous one and I am still getting used to the size. But it comes with a better memory so I am ok with the trade.

What I read this week

I didn’t have time or mood to read anything this week. Sorry, don’t banish me from the book blogging community please.

I am lagging behind my Goodreads reading goal by 5 books but I will definitely catch up before the year end. In fact I already picked a book to read this week, this morning.

What I watched this week

Did you all watch the new Stranger Things S4 yet? I really enjoyed getting back to the familiar Hawkins set up and the groups shenanigans. Let me know how did you like it.

Apart from this, I watched a couple of episodes from Kim’s convenience store and I loved it. Have you watched the show?

I’m not a TV watcher (and don’t have Netflix) so I haven’t seen Stranger Things. But I’m hearing so much buzz about the new season! The only thing I’ve been watching lately are the Stanley Cup playoff games (hockey). 🙂

I haven’t watched the new season of Stranger Things yet. I have a few shows on Netflix to get to before I finally watch. Looks good, though.

I’m sorry to say I’m having a hard time getting into the new season. They all look too old to be playing these kids now. lol

I am watching Stranger Things but I’m only two episodes in. I love revisiting the characters but the long episodes are killing me! It’s taking me so long to get through them! And I’m feeling bad for El so far.

I have a hard time getting used to the huge phones too. when I got my new one a while back I was like woah, this thing is humongous!

YES the episodes are really longer and a tad bit dragging.

I’ve managed to squeeze in the first episode of Stranger Things S4. Despite a tiring week at work I also managed to read more than I expected, in part that was because I kept waking up an hour or more before my alarm and used the time for reading.

I’m so far behind on Stranger Things. I never finished the second season. I know. I need to binge watch all the seasons and get caught up.

I feel you, 2nd season was a bit of a drag.

I haven’t watched Stranger Things since Season 2. I loved it, but like with most series I just seem to forget about them a bit and then I’m so behind that I feel like I’ll never catch up.
Have a great week and happy reading.

I get that feeling, I had to watch the last episode of S3 before I watched S4!

I keep seeing Stranger Things on my queue, but I’m not sure I would like it. Why? Who knows? Sometimes I just start watching something, though, and then I’m bingeing. Do I need more bingeing, LOL?

I also see a lot of friends doing Wordle…and I’m resisting! Do I need more stuff?

Enjoy your week, and thanks for visiting my blog.

I don’t have Netflix, so I haven’t watched Stranger Things. However, I mostly enjoyed the first two episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi Friday night.
