Happy Sunday people!
I know for most of you Sunday is a week to relax and unwind. But for someone who lives at Dubai, Sunday is the day to get back to being busy. Which means Sunday is the new Monday. As I am writing this post, I have finished my breakfast and should be perfectly ready to hunt down the long to-do list in a minute. Or thirty.
You all know Megan from Gingermom Reads right? She has started this interesting support group board for books bloggers on Pinterest. I am still bothering on chat with questions on how it works and what I can do with it. but I found enough bookish posts to keep my occupied for days. If you are interested, send a request to her.
What I read this week:
I am happy to announce that now I am finally part of the cool gang. Yes I have read the ‘To all the boys I have love before’ trilogy and saw the Netflix movie and I can safely say I liked them all.
What I watched this week:
And y’all I didn’t stop there, I went a bit crazy on how cute Noah Centineo is and I saw all his films that were on Netflix this week. Okay that didn’t help my reading/ blogging schedule. Yes that is three YA movies plus the usual stuff I watch anyway.
I guess that is kinda a productive right?
Around the blogosphere
I kinda buckled down this week and visited most of your blogs this week. Here are some gems that I found online that I want to share with y’all.
- How can you incorporate your love of horror in your life? Take a look at the tattoos based on Stephen King’s books for inspiration.
- Clo from book dragons has called in for guest posts. If you are interested please do sign up. You know, I did it.
- Are you looking for reading books from different countries? I found a list of these books from woman Balkan countries to help you out.
- We all love smart characters that make us aspire for more and Olivia from Olivia’s Catastrophe helps with a list of smart geniuses from books
- Cait’s post on Paperfury on things that warn her off a book before she completes it, is hilarious as per usual.
On my blog
In case you have missed what is happening in my blog, do not worry. I am gonna help you out.
- Find the guest post on a review of The Fourth Monkey here.
- If you are in the mood for a bookish quiz, try guessing the name of the book based on a quote.
I will be linking today’s post with Caffeinated reviewer’s Sunday post Meme.

Oooh, that list of books by women from Balkan countries is such a great resource; that’s definitely an area of the world I could do with reading more books from! Thanks for sharing the awesome resource
Glad to be of use.
I read the first book in TATBILB series too and now I am on the second book 😀 Also I watched the movie. It was a really good adaptation 😀 And Noah 🙂 I too want to watch all his remaining movies on Netflix 😀
And seems like you had a productive week overall 🙂
Yay am glad that we have lots of things in common!
I have the entire To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before series sitting on my bookshelf right now but still haven’t found the ambition to pick them up. I’m scared they aren’t going to live up to expectations LOL. Thanks for the shoutout for our new group! We’re excited to have you with us!
It is gonna be good! Do pick it up!
I still haven’t read To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and I’m totally missing out. Sounds like you’ve had a very productive week! I hope this week is good to you too!
Thanks Jenn!
I am still behind with To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before but I hope to at least read the first book and watch the film – or maybe be lazy and just watch the film, ha ha! Sierra Burgess is on my to-watch list!
I didnt enjoy Sierra Burgess as much as TATBILB, but it was quite okay.
To All the Boys was so good, I haven’t read the books but I loved the movie! they did such a good job w/ it.
Love reading quizzes- fun stuff!
It was true adaptation and I loved it.
I’ve only seen two of those Netflix movies but I absolutely loved them. I’m so glad Rom-Com is a thing again! 😀
Yes Rom Com all the way!
I loved To All the Boys, but I was NOT a fan of Sierra Burgess. I hadn’t heard of that third movie, though—I’ll have to look for it.
The third one wasn’t all that great either, sadly.
I’ve spent most of my weekend a) stressing about homework, b) doing homework, and c) freaking out about homework I don’t know how to do. So yes, it’s very exciting.
I haven’t had the time to read blogs recently which is SAD. But I hope to have time to read some more some times in the near future (HA).
Hope you get time to read non school books too.
Oh ! I’ll eventually go read that serie eventually .. now is just not the time for series ahah. as for the movie… it just came out as I stepped out of netflix. merp. my luck xD I shouldve had check that ahaha
Today is also my day of “productivity” of doing all my blogging duties Ive skipped the past few days as i’ve just been lazy and felt overly “eh” yesterday ahah
Cheers to a productive day Kris!
