Sunday Musings #16: One with a lot of YA and Pinterest-ing

Happy Sunday people!

I know for most of you Sunday is a week to relax and unwind. But for someone who lives at Dubai, Sunday is the day to get back to being busy. Which means Sunday is the new Monday. As I am writing this post, I have finished my breakfast and should be perfectly ready to hunt down the long to-do list in a minute. Or thirty.

You all know Megan from Gingermom Reads right? She has started this interesting  support group board for books bloggers on Pinterest. I am still bothering on chat with questions on how it works and what I can do with it. but I found enough bookish posts to keep my occupied for days. If you are interested, send a request to her.

What I read this week:

I am happy to announce that now I am finally part of the cool gang. Yes I have read the ‘To all the boys I have love before’ trilogy and saw the Netflix movie and I can safely say I liked them all.

What I watched this week:

And y’all I didn’t stop there, I went a bit crazy on how cute Noah Centineo is and I saw all his films that were on Netflix this week. Okay that didn’t help my reading/ blogging schedule. Yes that is three YA movies plus the usual stuff I watch anyway.

Oooh, that list of books by women from Balkan countries is such a great resource; that’s definitely an area of the world I could do with reading more books from! Thanks for sharing the awesome resource

I have the entire To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before series sitting on my bookshelf right now but still haven’t found the ambition to pick them up. I’m scared they aren’t going to live up to expectations LOL. Thanks for the shoutout for our new group! We’re excited to have you with us!

I am still behind with To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before but I hope to at least read the first book and watch the film – or maybe be lazy and just watch the film, ha ha! Sierra Burgess is on my to-watch list!

I didnt enjoy Sierra Burgess as much as TATBILB, but it was quite okay.

I’ve only seen two of those Netflix movies but I absolutely loved them. I’m so glad Rom-Com is a thing again! 😀

I loved To All the Boys, but I was NOT a fan of Sierra Burgess. I hadn’t heard of that third movie, though—I’ll have to look for it.

The third one wasn’t all that great either, sadly.

I’ve spent most of my weekend a) stressing about homework, b) doing homework, and c) freaking out about homework I don’t know how to do. So yes, it’s very exciting.
I haven’t had the time to read blogs recently which is SAD. But I hope to have time to read some more some times in the near future (HA).
